| Welcome
to the Uncle PURAMO/72's world. |
|
Here
is the world of 1/72nd scale air models.
Had been enjoying making the aircraft scale models while I was
a boy as about 10 to 14 years old. Suddenly, at the end of 2001,
the boy he grew up to be the fifties was back to the world of
making the air scale models as Uncle PURAMO/72. And he was surprised
that the world had been expanded hugely, so many kinds of items,
the tools are full up, the paint colors are much increased and
various decals……. But Uncle PURAMO/72 has not changed from he
was young concerning making models.
By some magazines, writers say that you have to paint the panel
lines of fuselage with weak paints. Another writers say you
have to retouch the detail which is little different from actualplane.
But Uncle PURAMO/72 thinks there is no necessity to do so, no
necessity to be particular about trifles.
No problem, the making upped models have some difference from
actual plane, because the scale models are reduced and there
are omitted parts inevitably.

It is fun to make the
prototype and project planes which were planed by Germany, Japan,
Russia and so on while
the end of WWU.

Make the jet planes, not only propeller
driven planes.
|
 |
| |
Such as MACROSS fighters, you can see them in
Japanese animation, are in stock, too.

|
| |
|
Sometimes make the model faithfully
to the actual planes as possible and sometimes make roughly.
I knew there was an actual dogfight of CORSAIR Vs CORSAIR in succor
war when I made F4U-5N.
In any case, it is fun to make the models and
to look at the finished models.
These are Uncle PURAMO/72's point of view.
Is there anyone who say "I think so, too."?
Any way, while three years, my collections has increased to about
140.
All
models are painted by freehand including gradated finish.
But,it is difficult to paint the gradated finish by only the freehand.
So, nowadays Uncle PURAMO/72 is thinking to buy the air brush.
